For The Final Time This Year...

The final hurdle, the final few days, everything you work for all for that one moment on stage… MAKE EVERY SECOND COUNT!!!!

This wont be the last time I’m on stage the relentless work and challenge to become something better than your previous self and grow immense self discipline to overcome mental and physical barriers is something I have thrived off.

So this Sunday is my final comp before we wrap up for 2019/20 for a long off season to slam some quality lean muscle on for future shows (not anytime soon)

Today is Friday, Im writing this at my desk, Ive just polished off 6 rice cakes with some dry ass chicken and Im feeling quite overwhelmed.. The kilos of egg white consumed, the hours of cardio completed, the amount of money and time put into this experience for that one moment to depict the best and most elegant version of your physique you have been building for years and years……. Is it really worth it? Without question every second of it I have loved. The sport and career I have chosen. The opportunities this sport has given me, the relationships I have made, the gym I have been able to build.

Something that really got me was seeing the incredible support from customers and colleagues. This is the real win for me. I can’t thank every enough for their words of wisdom and care during this process and seeing the SouthCoast family unite for success across the board is truly astonishing.

But for now, I want to go out on a high!!

We will be heading to the Birmingham Town Hall this Sunday for the final dance. Over 200 competitors will be heading to this event and competition will be very high, which I’m super excited for. I will be filming the days leading up and giving a little insight to the day and how I approach food, water, rest and enjoyment (FOOD) So if any you guys have any questions please leave a comment on this blog or social and I will gladly get back to everyone.

Everything I have worked for this year ends Sunday, all my efforts will be going into that 10 minutes of stage time… Focus Focus Focus

See you on the other side
