No, we have begginers joining frequently and we have trainers on hand to help set programmes and guide you through the process.

Is the gym easy to find?
Yes, we are located opposite Costa on Kinson Highstreet. Parking is available nextdoor in Tesco which is free for 3 hours.
Can I try personal training?
Sure, our prices start from £20 per hour and we have several trainers on hand both male and female.
Do I need an induction?
No, you can turn up, pay and train for just £5. Or please read our membership options.
Does the gym get busy?
At times we may exceed 15-20 people. But we cap our members for safety and atmosphere. This is so you don't have to wait or feel pressured to train.
